Submission to North Northamptonshire Council
In accordance with a resolution at its meeting on 17 May 2022, on 24 May Braybrooke Parish Council submitted its draft Neighbourhood Plan to North Northamptonshire Council, in accordance with Part 5, Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (Statutory Instrument No. 637). NNC has carried out a Legal Complance Check and confirms the Plan meets the legal requirements.
Consultation by North Northamptonshire Council
NNC is now carrying out its own consultation in accordance with Regulation 16 of the 2012 Regulations. This consultation begins on Monday 13 June and ends at midnight on Monday 25th July. Details are on the NNC Consultation Hub (please click here to access it).
Paper copies will be available for inspection in the Braybrooke Village Hall on on Wednesday 6 July between 11am and 1pm as well as Saturday 16 July between 10am and 12pm, or by request as set out in the Consultation Hub.
