Flare Report is a mobile phone app that allows individuals to anonymously submit reports of street harassment and crime to the police if behaviour is experienced that makes individuals feel unsafe. It is available in Google Play (for Andoid) and the Apple App Store (for iPhones).
Open the app and you are asked to click on the types of behaviour you have experienced, and where. It might include being followed, or threatened, or just unwanted sexual remarks. The report is made anonymously to the relevant police force who can collate the results and can take action where appropriate.
